Refrubished in 2025

In 2025 we refurbished our most popular cottage to be even better. Stybarrow now not only boasts a large kitchen with a full fridge freezer and washer dryer, but also a dishwasher. However, the biggest change has seen us remove an unused staircase to create an entire new bedroom, so it now boasts two bedrooms.

The moment you step foot into Stybarrow you will relax. the light open planned room has everything you’d need for a weekend or weeks stay in the Lakes. From a large comfy L shaped sofa with views out across the Helvellyn range, to the fully fitted kitchen large enough for a family meal.

The master bedroom offers a large king sized bed with plenty of wardrobe and draw space as well as an ensuite. The second, new, bedroom offers a full size twin bed set up complete with wardrobe and inbult draws.

Outside there is an enclosed porch area, complete withbistro dining set to enjoy a relaxing drink at. theend of an enjoyable day in the Lakes.
